Shipping Policy
Shipping with Ada and Bo:
Standard UK delivery: For orders that do not meet the free delivery requirement or for specific items that have flat rate shipping charges, the relevant charge will be clearly displayed at the checkout. In the majority of cases shipping is charged at £5.99 inc. VAT. If the cost of delivery is anything other than that you will be notified clearly the amount required.
Delivery to UK mainland postal address free postage is offered on orders over £75. This discount will automatically be applied at checkout.
For orders where shipping charges are applicable, or for items where flat rate shipping is to be charged, the applicable charges will be clearly displayed at the checkout, the shipping charge may vary depending on the destination, the item ordered and the size and weight of the item.
Processing time: Production starts on made-to-order items 24 hours after your order is placed and payment is received. Delivery time commences from despatch.

Tracking information will be provided where available. We use a trusted third-party courier to deliver all orders. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier, and tracking information will be provided where available.

Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances; we will keep you informed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, postal service or other factors outside of my control.
- We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your address is correct before completing your order.
Failed delivery attempts: Our courier will notify you on the email address or mobile number provided to advise of the details of the delivery of the order. In most cases you will receive a tracking number. If the courier is unable to successfully deliver the order this may incur additional charges if the item is returned. You will be advised of any applicable additional charges.
Non Delivery: In the rare instance where your order is reported as missing, delayed or showing an incorrect delivery status we will conduct a full investigation will be initiated before any resolution is communicated to ensure we are in possession of all the facts. This may require us to liaise with our shipping partner and can take up to 14 working days. We may require further information from you during this time in order to collate the necessary evidence to process the investigation.
NOTE: Please be aware that if your package arrives damaged or not up to unacceptable standard upon delivery, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately be emailing hello@adaandbo.com. We would then need to initiate an investigation into this matter with the relevant parties. If you advise the courier of a 'safe place' for the delivery to be left, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that occurs as a result after delivery to that location.
