Welcome to Ada and Bo. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

Products

We sell made-to-order canvas art and stocked interior products.

All prices include VAT.

Stocked items are subject to availability.

Whilst we take every care to ensure prices are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it for a full refund.

Colours may vary slightly from those shown on your screen due to differences in display and printing processes.

Depending on the size of the item ordered, there may be variations in how much of the image is shown. Sizes may be landscape, portrait, or square, and the image shown may be adjusted slightly to accommodate this.

If for any reason we are unable to offer you the canvas you have ordered, we will offer you alternatives before we despatch your order. If this happens you may:

accept the alternatives we offer;
cancel your order;
leave the order valid (where you have ordered more than one canvas), but tell us to omit the item that cannot be supplied.
If we owe you money (for this or any other reason), we will credit your credit or debit card as soon as reasonably practicable but in any event no later than 30 days from the date of your order.

Orders & Payment

Orders are processed via Shopify payment providers.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

We will use your contact information for our own marketing purposes only if consent is given. Marketing consent is collected via a checkbox at checkout. We will never share your details with third parties, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

Cancellations & Refunds

Made-to-order canvas art cannot be refunded once production has commenced.

You may cancel your order in writing within 24 hours of placing it by emailing hello@adaandbo.com quoting your order number and reason for cancellation.

Stocked interior items are subject to availability and our standard Returns & Refunds Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel any order without notice or reason.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible if this occurs.

If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, please notify us within 30 days of receipt. Please include your order number and photographs of the issue. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law (Consumer Rights Act 2015) remain unaffected. Items must be returned to us for inspection before a refund, replacement, or repair is processed.

Refunds or replacements will not be issues where there has been an error made when the order has been placed.

Information you give us

You agree that you have provided, and will continue to provide accurate, up to date, and complete information about yourself. We need this information to provide you with the Goods. You also confirm you have the necessary authority to do so.

We will use our reasonable endeavours to respond to any point of dissatisfaction by you, provided you contact us within a reasonable time frame.

Any information you disclose to us is governed by our privacy policy which is detail on a separate page on this website.

Discount codes

Discount codes may be issued on occasion and are only to be used as specified in relation to that specific offer. Multiple codes cannot be used. Misuse of any discount code may result in the cancellation of the order in question.

Delivery

Standard UK shipping costs £6.50 and may take up to 7 working days from despatch.

We currently only ship to UK addresses.

You must ensure someone is present to accept delivery.

We will notify you by email of the progress of your order.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

We work with carefully selected third-party print partners to produce our made-to-order items. Production and delivery times may vary and are provided as estimates only.

Taxes, duties and import restrictions

You are responsible for purchasing Goods which you are lawfully able to import and for the payment of import duties and taxes of any kind levied in your country of residence.

User-Generated Content

Where you submit content to us via reviews, social media, hashtags, tags, or other platforms (including photos, videos, or written content), our User-Generated Content Policy applies.

By submitting or permitting us to use such content, you grant Ada and Bo permission to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes in accordance with our User-Generated Content Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Liability

We take care to ensure products are accurately described.

We are not liable for misuse of products.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products, except where liability cannot be excluded under law.

Copyright & License

Ada and Bo refuse any permission to use any part of this site or its contents. You must not reproduce or reuse any of the content for commercial purposes. By using this site you accept that all copyright, database rights and all other intellectual property relating to this site belongs to Ada and Bo exclusively.

Disclaimers

We or our Content suppliers may make improvements or changes to Our Web Site, the Content, or to any of the Goods, at any time and without advance notice.

Our Web Site contains links to other Internet web sites. We have neither power nor control over any such web site. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable in any way for the Content of any such linked web site, nor for any loss or damage arising from your use of any such web site.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Content whether provided by us or by any other Content provider shall remain the sole property of us and / or the other Content provider. We will strongly protect its rights in all countries.

You may download or copy the Content only for your own personal use, provided that you maintain all copyright and other notices contained in such Content. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or any contract between you and us, then you agree to attempt to settle the dispute by engaging in good faith with us in a process of mediation before commencing arbitration or litigation.
