At Ada and Bo, we love seeing how our customers use and enjoy our products. This policy explains how we handle content you submit, such as photos, videos, reviews, or social media posts and your rights when sharing content with us.

1. What is User-Generated Content?

User-Generated Content (“UGC”) includes:

Customer reviews, testimonials, or ratings
Photos or videos of our products taken by customers
Social media posts tagging or mentioning Ada and Bo

2. Granting Us Permission

By submitting UGC, you confirm that:

You own the content or have the right to share it.
You grant Ada and Bo a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:
- Use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content on our website, social media, marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
- Modify, crop, or format content as needed for design or marketing purposes.
You understand that you will not receive payment or royalties for UGC unless explicitly agreed in writing.

3. Guidelines for Submitting Content

To ensure we can safely share your content, please follow these guidelines:

Content must be your original creation and not infringe on anyone else’s rights (copyright, privacy, or other legal rights).
Do not include offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or illegal material.
Do not include personal information of others without their consent.
We reserve the right to remove or refuse any content that does not comply with these guidelines.

4. Use of UGC

Content you submit may appear on:
- Our website (including product pages, galleries, and marketing sections)
- Social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Advertising and promotional materials (digital or print)
We may provide attribution where appropriate, but are not required to credit individual contributors.

5. Third-Party Platforms

If UGC is submitted via third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), you confirm that the platform’s terms allow you to grant Ada and Bo permission to use your content.
We are not responsible for content posted on external platforms.

6. Removal of Content

You may request removal of your content at any time by contacting us at hello@adaandbo.com.
While we will remove content from our platforms where reasonably possible, content may remain in backups, archives, or materials already in circulation.

7. Liability

By submitting UGC, you agree to indemnify Ada and Bo against claims, damages, or costs arising from your content, including copyright infringement or misuse.
Ada and Bo is not responsible for any personal or legal issues that may arise from submitting UGC.
